The use of these ligands hasdemonstrated that the CREBBP/EP300bromodomain is an important therapeutic target in castration-resistantprostate cancer42,43 and diffuse large B cell lymphoma.44 In addition, the CREBBP bromodomain ligand CCS1477is currently in clinical trials to evaluate its effects in the treatmentof acute myeloid leukemia and multiple myeloma (NCT04068597).
