With the exception of CDKN2A, all of the genes with the highest prevalences of PVs for each group (FPC, unselected PDAC, SPC) are involved in breast and ovarian cancer (Supplementary Figure 1), which suggests that genes associated with breast and ovarian cancer risk are also the genes most strongly associated with risk for PDAC [49].
