CCL2 and chronic kidney disease: Plasma CCL2 levels were significantly higher in patientswith CKD compared to the control group and a statistically significant negativecorrelation was found between GFR and ACE2 plasma levels (rho=-0.31) and CCL2 (rho=-0.32) and statistically significant positive correlation between GFR and ACE1/ACE2(rho= 0.33) and between ACR and ACE1 plasma levels (rho= 0.27).
