Reports from the literature indicated that breast cancer development may be dependent on the crosstalk between NF-κB and other signaling pathways, including signal transducer and activator of transcription 3 (STAT3), glycogen synthase kinase 3 beta (GSK3-β), tumor suppressor p53, miRNAs, lncRNA, and the Wnt/β-catenin pathway (Moreau et al., 2011; Schneider and Kramer, 2011; Keklikoglou et al., 2012; Yu et al., 2014; Liu et al., 2015; Tewari et al., 2021). The gene discussed is STAT3; the disease is breast carcinoma.
