Significantly increased levels of LDH (IU/l) were observed in the respective pathological state including T2DM induced cardiomyopathy, I-R -induced MI, and diabetic I-R induced myocardial damage and similarly, a significant increase in cTnI (ng/ml) were observed in all pathological states including T2DM induced cardiomyopathy, I-R -induced MI, and diabetic I-R induced myocardial damage in comparison with the normal control group. The gene discussed is TNNI3; the disease is myocardial infarction.
