IGHE and angioedema: Single NSAIDs hypersensitivity is associated with specific IgE antibody productions, which induces acute urticaria and/or angioedema as well as anaphylaxis (Single NSAID-induced urticarial/angioedema/anaphylaxis or SNIUAA) or with specific T-cell activations, which induces delayed hypersensitivity reactions (NSAID-induced delayed hypersensitivity reaction, NIDHR).
