CD19 and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma: They showed that in one xenograft model of aggressive B-cell lymphoma, both CAR-T cells were equally capable of controlling tumor growth, but in the second xenograft model, using the U2932, a CD19- subpopulation of lymphoma cells, CD37 CAR-T cells dramatically controlled the survival and tumor growth, while CD19 CAR-T cells were much less effective.
