In this study, each predictor (i.e., cognitive-migraine-fatigue factor, left ILF temporal cluster, and right ILF temporal cluster) individually showed high sensitivity and specificity to differentiate adolescents with short from those with prolonged recovery; however, the inclusion of the left/right ILF increased the predictive value of the clinical model, suggesting a potential role for dMRI in the prediction of different clinical outcomes in concussion. Here, FOXK2 is linked to migraine disorder.
