PCAT6 and neoplasm: Among the outcome indicators regarding the degree of tumor differentiation, studies performed by Shi et al. [25] and Zhang et al. [34] were found to be sources of heterogeneity, and after excluding these two studies, heterogeneity was eliminated (P = 0.69, I2 = 0%), thereby revealing a significant correlation between better differentiation and high expression of PCAT6 (OR = 2.43; 95% CI, [1.20, 4.94]; P = 0.01).
