MACC1 has been confirmed as prognostic and predictive biomarker in a variety of solid cancers like CRC, gastric, esophageal, pancreatic, hepatocellular/biliary, lung, ovarian, breast, renal, bladder, nasopharyngeal cancer, glioblastoma, and osteosarcoma [16–24].
