This figure also indicates that homozygous MTAP-deleted GBM tumors, on average, have lower but non-zero levels of MTAP mRNA levels compared to MTAP-intact tumors, supporting our western blot data in Fig. 2g, h and validate that IBA1-positive myeloid cells drive the non-zero MTAP expression in bulk MTAP-deleted GBM tumors. This evidence concerns the gene AIF1 and glioblastoma.
