The results indicated that GBM tissues had increased levels of GLDC, SIRT3, and pS6K (a hallmark of mTORC1 activity) and decreased levels of ACAT1, NF-X1, and GLDC K514 acetylation in comparison to non-tumor tissues (Fig. 9b and Supplementary Fig. 7).
