As shown in Figure 8(a), the expression of HSF1 was significantly associated with the abundance of infiltrating immune cells: B cells in 12 types of cancer, CD4+ T cells in 10 types of cancer, CD8+ T cells in 14 types of cancer, macrophages in 13 types of cancer, neutrophils in 13 types of cancer, and DCs in 15 types of cancer. The gene discussed is HSF1; the disease is cancer.
