Although in our study, we could not find any significant correlation between the high expression of our candidate circRNAs and pathological features except circ0001791 association with ER, CircAGFG1 was discovered to be upregulated in TNBC (triple-negative breast cancer) tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues and the expression level of CircAGFG1 was correlated with the clinical stage, pathological grade, and poor prognosis of patients with TNBC [16]. The gene discussed is ESR1; the disease is triple-negative breast carcinoma.
