MMP2 and ovarian carcinoma: Auraptene has been reported to decrease the viability of human cervical and ovarian cancer cells and suppresses the migration and invasion of Hela and A2780 cell line by reduction of matrix metalloproteinase-2 (MMP-2) and metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) enzymatic activity, respectively (Jamialahmadi et al., 2018).
