Immunofluorescence analysis showed that the cellular localisation of CD44 and EpCAM did not change, but the intensity of the fluorescent signal increased for 21 days of cultivation of MGC-803 cell line with stable expression of miR-17-5p, which indicated that overexpression of miR-17-5p increased the expression of CD44 and EpCAM of the cancer cells (Figure 3L).
