The immune profiling results in the tumors and in the PBMCs can be summarized to indicate that Lef may be enhancing the anti-tumor immunity of Gem treatment via a mechanism that favors the recruitment of activated CD69+CD8+ T cells in the tumors while decreasing the frequency of Tregs, M-MDSCs (systemically) and CTLA-4+CD8+ T cells in the tumor microenvironment. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and neoplasm.
