HIF1A and breast cancer: In the presence of CAFs derived sEVs with low miR-7641 levels, breast cancer cells showed more survival ability, more stem cells, and glycolysis by up-regulating HIF-1α expression; however, in the presence of NFs derived sEVs with higher levels of miR-7641, breast cancer cell proliferation, stem cell properties, and glycolysis were suppressed via down-regulating HIF-1α expression (Fig. 7).
