We further investigated the connections between the clinical features of LUAD patients and TBX5-AS1 expression and found that the expression level of TBX5-AS1 in LUAD was significantly linked to T stage (T1 vs. T2, p = 0.00011), N stage (N0 vs. N2, p = 0.05), sex (p = 0.0061), and cancer status (p = 0.018) (Fig. 2a–d); however, other clinical characteristics, such as age and M stage, had no clear correlation with TBX5-AS1 expression (p > 0.05) (Fig. 2e, f). This evidence concerns the gene TBX5 and cancer.
