SUVRs derived from PERSI-WM showed significantly higher tau retention in the frontal, parietal, temporal, and occipital lobes; anterior and posterior cingulate; precuneus and Braak I/II in the AD group than in the HC group (Figure 3), with the highest tau retention in precuneus (1.73 ± 0.53).
