STAT3 and early-onset autosomal dominant Alzheimer disease: The most overrepresented pathways in the remaining hypothalamus were: acute phase response signalling, hepatic fibrosis/hepatic stellate cell activation, opioid signalling pathway, neuroprotective role of THOP1 in Alzheimer's disease, LXR/RXR Activation, STAT3 pathway, tight junction signalling, cardiomyocyte differentiation via BMP receptors, production of nitric oxide and reactive oxygen species in macrophages, and circadian rhythm signalling (Supplemental Table S7).
