Furthermore, t-test results revealed that risk scores (computed by: 0.307*AC099850.3 +0.155*UCA1 + 0.243*AP005233.2 − 0.71*AL513165.1 − 0.647*PTOV1-AS2) acquired from m6A-LPS were associated with tumor stage, histological grade, maximum tumor dimension, surgery type, resection margin, radiation therapy, cancer status, chronic pancreatitis history, and smoking habitats. This evidence concerns the gene UCA1 and chronic pancreatitis.
