Furthermore, we demonstrated that the low methylation levels of cg sites (cg07581146, cg15389528, and cg25371503) of SYT14 were associated with an unsatisfactory OS (P = 0.026, P = 0.027, and P = 0.031, respectively) (Figure 6(g,h), and 6(i)), whereas other methylation cg sites (cg02795029, cg04932544, cg15149095, cg19922137, and cg26158959) were not associated with a prognostic value for GC patients (P = 0.160, P = 0.390, P = 0.382, P = 0.346, and P = 0.164) (Figure S6H, S6I, S6J, S6K, and S6L).
