GSTM1 and hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome: The results of laboratory examination showed that the levels of white blood cells (WBCs), neutrophils, lymphocytes, procalcitonin (PCT), C-reactive protein (CRP), urine protein, urea nitrogen, creatinine, cystatin C, creatine kinase, creatine kinase muscle-brain isoform (CK-MB), and myoglobin increased more significantly in severe HFRS patients, while the levels of platelets (PLT), hemoglobin (Hb), albumin, and calcium (Ca) decreased more significantly in severe patients.
