These genes in CINs and CCs, such as EVL, INPP4B, IGF2R, and ADGRB1, were involved into some well-defined cancer-related pathway, including RTK/RAS/PI(3)K, Wnt/β-catenin, p53/mTOR, cell cycle, and DNA damage, suggested that these mutated genes might be novel biomarkers for the early diagnosis and treatment of CC (Supplementary Table 5).
