Generally, the peritumor region and the whole tumor had higher CD4+ and CD8+ T cell percentage than the MPC region; on the other hand, compared with low MPC tumors, tumors with higher MPC tended to have more CD4+ and CD8+ T cell infiltration, especially at the peritumor regions (Figures 4A–D; Supplementary Table 10).
