CEACAM6 and gastric cancer: Studies showedCEACAM6 was over expressed in the tumor or dysplasia tissues compared to adjacent normal tissues, with the area under curve being 0.83 when it was used to diagnose stage T1 GC, this study used the fluorescent jointed anti-CEACAM6 probe (CEACAM6-mAb-Alexa Fluor488) to label the gastric tumor obtained from PDTX, with the results showing that the probe can closely integrate with the GC tissues and very accurately label the tumor (13).
