High AMAP1 mRNA levels were significantly correlated with advanced T stage (P = 0.0022), N stage (P = 0.0154), TNM stage (P = 0.0007), and larger tumor size (P = 0.0382), whereas no correlation was observed with age (P = 0.2849), gender (P = 0.944), G stage (P = 0.2574), M stage (P = 0.8495), and tumor status (P = 0.1678; Figure 3).
