MiR-200c-3p, miR-204-5p, miR-20b-5p, miR-7-1-3p, miR-105-5p, miR-342-3p, DNMBP-AS1, HPN-AS1, LINC00461, LINC00472, LINC00667, LOC100128164, LOC284578, MESTIT1, RHPN1-AS1, and SLC26A4-AS1 were significantly associated with breast cancer patients’ overall survival (log-rank P < 0.05, Figures 5, 6). This evidence concerns the gene SLC26A4 and breast carcinoma.
