We found that in the regulatory network, miR-301a-3p (Zheng et al., 2018), miR-93-5p (Ni et al., 2018), miR-454-3p (Ren et al., 2019), miR-181b-5p (Sochor et al., 2014), XIST (Salvador et al., 2013), LINC00472 (Wang et al., 2019), MIR31HG (Augoff et al., 2012), MEG3 (Mondal et al., 2015), MIR155HG (Ghafouri-Fard et al., 2020), and LINC00667 (Zhu et al., 2020) have been reported in breast cancer. This evidence concerns the gene MIR31HG and breast carcinoma.
