IFNG and melanoma: For melanoma, patients with higher immune content (odds ratio [OR] 1.36, 95% CI 1.03-1.81, p=0.032), CYT scores (OR 1.50, 95% CI 1.13-2.01, p=5.34×10-3) MHC scores (OR 1.62, 95% CI 1.22-2.18, p=9.90×10-4) and IFN-γ scores (OR 1.62, 95% CI 1.22-2.18, p=1.12×10-3) were associated with an increased probability of response to immunotherapy and significantly improved PFS (p<0.05).
