CD4 and melanoma: In melanoma, three types of immune cells were significantly associated with the survival of patients after treatment with ICI drugs: Tfh cells (HR 0.61, 95% CI 0.46-0.82, p=8.56×10-4 for PFS; HR 0.72, 95% CI 0.56-0.93, p=1.22×10-2 for OS), M1 macrophages (HR 0.63, 95% CI 0.48-0.83, p=1.05×10-3 for PFS,; HR 0.73, 95% CI 0.57-0.93, p=1.21×10-2 for OS), and activated memory CD4+ T cells (HR 0.76, 95% CI 0.59-0.99, p=3.82×10-2 for PFS; HR 0.72, 95% CI 0.57-0.93, p=1.01×10-2 for OS).
