Interestingly, the ratio of rh-MOG-stimulated-CD45RA-Foxp3+ Treg cells to unstimulated-ones was significantly lower in MOGR as compared to MS (means: 0.84 ± 0.03 vs. 1.04 ± 0.05; unpaired t-test p = 0.035), and as compared to MOGNR (mean: 1.1 ± 0.08; unpaired t-test p = 0.037).
