The percentage of CD4+ Th2 cells (CD3+CD4+IL-4+) was significantly increased after rh-MOG stimulation in the MOGAD group (means: 1.09 ± 0.42 vs. 2.15 ± 0.98; Wilcoxon-test p = 0.035) while no change was detected in the MS group (means: 1.58 ± 0.38 vs. 1.43 ± 0.26; Wilcoxon-test p = 0.677) and in the control group (means: 0.92 ± 0.19 vs. 0.86 ± 0.25; Wilcoxon-test p = 0.687) (Figure 1A). Here, CD4 is linked to myeloid sarcoma.
