MOG and myeloid sarcoma: When considering the ratio of rh-MOG-stimulated-Treg cells to unstimulated-ones, it was significantly higher in MOGNR than that in MOGR patients (means: 1.23 ± 0.09 vs. 0.89 ± 0.07; unpaired t-test p = 0.022) and that in MS (mean: 1 ± 0.05; unpaired t-test p = 0.045) and in control patients (mean: 0.95 ± 0.03; unpaired t-test p = 0.026) (Figure 2D).
