The results showed that ESR1, PYHIN1, PPP2R2B, LCK, TP63, PCLAF, CFTR, TK1, ECT2 and FKBP5 achieved an AUC value of > 0.7, demonstrating that these ten genes have high sensitivity and specificity for HF, suggesting they can be served as biomarkers for the diagnosis of HF (Fig. 6).
