The results showed that ESR1, PYHIN1, PPP2R2B, LCK, TP63, PCLAF, CFTR, TK1, ECT2 and FKBP5 achieved an AUC value of > 0.7, demonstrating that these ten genes have high sensitivity and specificity for HF, suggesting they can be served as biomarkers for the diagnosis of HF (Fig. 6). The gene discussed is CFTR; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
