The expression of Bcr-Abl, p-Bcr-Abl and downstream signaling molecules p-AKT, p-STAT5 in K562 cells decreased in a concentration-dependent manner with the increase of inhibitor concentration, which suggested that the expression of downstream signaling molecules of Bcr-Abl was down-regulated, and the malignant proliferation of CML cells was inhibited.
