The ORR for patients with NSCLC who had ≥ 50% PD-L1 expression was 29% (2 of 7 evaluable patients); when patients with epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) mutation or anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK) rearrangement are excluded from this group, the ORR was 40% (2 of 5 evaluable patients). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
