TCGA and CCGA databases were used to further analyse the relationship between the expression of Csnk1a1 and prognosis in glioma. The prognosis of glioma patients with high expression of Csnk1a1 was worse than that of cases with low expression (Figure 1B,C), suggesting that Csnk1a1 plays an important role in the occurrence and development of glioma, and could be used as a marker of poor prognosis. The gene discussed is CSNK1A1; the disease is central nervous system cancer.
