The results of KEGG pathway analysis demonstrated that the RR group was related to the terms osteoclast differentiation, autophagy, cellular senescence, focal adhesion and B cell receptor signaling pathway, while the RS group was mainly related to human papillomavirus infection, protein processing in the endoplasmic reticulum (ER), Th1 and Th2 cell differentiation, thyroid hormone signaling pathway and axon guidance (Figure 2C). The gene discussed is TG; the disease is human papilloma virus infection.
