Table 3 showed the correlation between CD38 and specific immune cell marker infiltration at transcription level. Partial correlation and correlation adjusted by tumor purity were also provided. We found CD38 was strongly related to important markers of various immune cells including CD8+ T cells, general T cells, B cells, monocytes, tumor-associated macrophages, M1 macrophages, M2 macrophages, neutrophils, natural killer cells, dendritic cells, Th1, Th2, follicular helper T cells, Th17. This evidence concerns the gene CD38 and neoplasm.
