RPTOR and Parkinson disease: Notably, the results from the Spanish population were extended to identify a three-loci epistatic combination of rs356219 with RPTOR rs11868112 and RPS6KA2 rs6456121 that was associated with AAO in both the discovery cohort (n = 898; odds ratio (OR) 2.89; p < 0.0001) and a replication sample from the International Parkinson Disease Genomics Consortium (IPDGC; n = 4170; OR 1.56; p = 0.046–0.047).
