GRIN2B and ganglioneuroma: GNs II highly expressed markers that have been reported to correspond to GN differentiation such as Grin2b, Calb2, and Cntn1 [23] and a novel marker such as Car10. The expressions of Grin2b, Calb2, and Car10 were detected within the IGL region (Fig. 2i), suggesting that GNs II represented a population of more committed GNs.
