This phenomenon has also been observed in previous studies that NR4A1 reduces migration in both normal and breast cancer cells [40] and mediates apoptosis in aggressive B-cell lymphoma [33], indicating that NR4A1, which regulates cellular processes in response to tamoxifen, could suppress the acquisition of a tamoxifen-resistant phenotype. Here, NR4A1 is linked to B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
