Isoflavone reduced the activity of MAPK, NF-κB, and JAK-STAT by IL-22, IL-17A, and TNF-α in epidermal keratinocytes; TNF-α and NF-κB levels were high in the skin lesions of patients with psoriasis, and isoflavone extracts play a large role in their inflammatory responses (Figure 8) [78].
