ENTPD2 and cancer: The analysis predicted that 16 out of 18 significantly up-regulated enzymes that were antagonistically expressed with ENTPD2, and 10 out of 12 significantly down-regulated enzymes synergistically expressed with ENTPD2, are expected to restore their normal expression after significantly overexpressing ENTPD2. We assume that this 26/30 (87%) restoration of the normal expression of the enzyme genes will force the cancer cells from the nodule “A” to go back to the normal phenotype.
