BAIAP2L1, the most stably expressed gene in “C”, is overexpressed in clear cell renal cell carcinoma [74] as we also found in all three prostate cancer nodules, while ZYX, the most variably expressed gene in “C” and a crucial mechanotransductor in prostate cancer [98], had also a very large (176.65×) up-regulation in “C” (ZYX was also up-regulated in “A” by 2.53× and “B” by 2.92×). This evidence concerns the gene ZYX and prostate cancer.
