DCBLD1 and lung adenocarcinoma: As is shown, the patients with T allele have a lower risk of adenocarcinoma as compared with the carriers of C allele (adjusted OR = 0.86; 95% CI: 0.80–0.92) and that the subjects with the C/T or T/T genotype have lower levels of DCBLD1 expression than those with C/C genotype in lung adenocarcinoma tissues [16].
