The recent success of ICI for cancer immunotherapy (anti-CTLA-4, anti-PD-1/PD-L1) has confirmed the hypothesis that the immune system can control many cancers, but disappointing results were obtained for PCa [4] which is in line with our observation that PD1/PD-L1 is not associated with lower PFI in PCa patients. This evidence concerns the gene CTLA4 and posterior cortical atrophy.
