Within this conceptual framework, the objective of this study was to evaluate the involvement of the FCGR2A rs1801274 and FCGR3A rs396991 SNPs and low-affinity FCGR2A/FCGR3A haplotypes as possible biomarkers of response to ABA (EULAR response, low disease activity (LDA), and remission) after 6 and 12 months of treatment in patients diagnosed with RA. Here, FCGR2A is linked to rheumatoid arthritis.
