With regard to non-muscle-specific miRNA, high levels of miR-9 and low levels of miR-200c have been highlighted in alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma [99], whereas miR-29 is downregulated in all forms of rhabdomyosarcoma [100]; high expression levels of the miR-17-92 cluster are correlated with a poor prognosis; and finally, the signaling pathway tied to miR-485-3p-Top2α-NF-YB is involved in mechanisms of therapy sensitivity [101,102].
