A multitude of TAAs have been identified and used in the development of therapeutic cancer vaccines, including, but not limited to cancer/testis antigen 1B (CTAG1B, better known as NY-ESO-1 [65,66,67]), MAGE family member A3 (MAGE-A3, [68,69,70,71]), baculoviral IAP repeat containing 5 (BIRC5, otherwise known as survivin, [72,73,74]) and Wilms’ Tumor 1 (WT1, [75,76]).
