PCM1 and Increased total eosinophil count: Besides some helpful morphological clues (i.e., eosinophils and/or immature myeloid elements in the context of T-LBL [3,35], proerythroblasts admixed to T-LBL, as well as the classical BM “triad” including hypercellularity with eosinophilia, clusters of erythroid precursors and fibrosis in PCM1-JAK2-rearranged cases [3,36]), the immunohistochemical search for LMO2 may represent an aid to identify T-LBL occurring in the setting of M/LNs-Eo.
