The purpose of this study is to sift out the most significant effect of exercise mode on myocardial irisin/FNDC5 expression and explore the mechanism of myocardial irisin/FNDC5-PINK1/Parkin-mediated mitophagy induced by exercise, which will provide experimental basis for the screening methods of cardiac rehabilitation after MI. This evidence concerns the gene FNDC5 and myocardial infarction.
