Colorectal (322, 33.6%) and thoracic (229, 23.9%) accounted for 57.5% of all cancer diagnosis in our cohort, and TP53, APC, KRAS, and LRP1B mutation rates are higher in colorectal cancers and non-small cell lung cancers (NSCLC) [26,27,28,29].
